CIBC: Executive Leadership Mindfulness

 

With the completion of a successful pilot of an Executive Leadership Mind Program CIBC Leadership worked with Mindful Gateway Consulting to design a mindful leadership program to enhance the capacity of their leadership to support executive performance and wellbeing at CIBC. C-Suite Executives completed a series of leadership surveys before and after the training program administered by Mindful Gateway Consulting Head of Research. Program results include:
